This week’s email is somewhat lighter than usual, but a few stories after Xiaomi went public in Hong Kong today, Tencent announced plans to list its music unit in the US, and Singapore’s consumer watchdog threatened to unwind Grab’s acquisition of Uber’s Southeast Asia business.
